This letter should clarify the trip's objectives, offer financial assurance, outline the requested travel dates and visa duration, and feature contact details for the visited organization.
This letter must articulate the purpose of the intended activities (i.e. business meetings), printed on the company's official letterhead, and signed by a company representative.

Provide your most recent bank statement, showing sufficient funds for the trip.
You may white-out the sensitive information from the statement.

  • A copy of utility bill: electric, gas, or water.

For minor applicants (under 18), proof of residence for both parents must be provided.
